TERMS AND CONDITIONS

- Bookings are only confirmed in our diary when we have received the payment, and we regret that we are unable to hold a booking without payment at any time

- We are sorry but we are unable to accommodate guests' dogs and/or pets in our accommodation and camping fields

- Guests with small children: we endeavour to make our farm as safe as possible for small children, but some parts of the farm can still be dangerous for them. So please ensure that your children are supervised on the farm including the farm yard area at all times and that they are never out of your sight

- Guests for B&B, Caravan & Camping Barn guests - please return the room key to us at the end of your stay, as the loss of your room key will be charged at £5

- Please note that when damage or breakage occurs on the farm or accommodation which we regard as beyond normal wear and tear, guests will be charged accordingly

- We operate a strict non-smoking policy in our buildings and accommodation. Please note that smoking in enclosed public areas in Wales is legally banned from 2nd April 2007
