As Cae Gwyn is a small family-run business, in order for us cope with the administration of arrivals and departures, full payment is requested upon booking. We admit pre-booked guests only so please ensure that you book in advance. Please refer to our cancellation policy below in event of cancellation.
As all bookings are
completed by telephone, please phone us rather than e-mail if you are ready to
make a booking.
You may still wish to e-mail other queries etc. but please
phone us if you have urgent queries. We check our telephone messages on a daily
basis but we cannot guarantee the same with e-mails.
Payment by credit/debit cards
We accept major credit/debit cards, including Visa/Visa Electron/Maestro/Switch/Switch
Solo/Master/JCB.
A receipt of payment is available on your arrival.
Payment by cheque
Sorry we no longer accept cheque payment.
Camping barn/Caravan bookings
Please note that for
bookings paid in advance, a breakage deposit (£50) is required on your arrival.
Breakage deposit (£50) may be paid by cheque/cash.
Guests with dogs and other pets
We regret that we are not
able to accommodate guests' dogs and other pets in our camping fields and all
accommodation.
In
the event of accommodation/camping pitches booked in advance and later cancelled,
shortened or reduced in numbers, the following conditions will apply:
15 days or more prior to your date of booking
100% of the payment
minus £5 administration charge will be refunded.
3 - 14
days prior to your date of booking
50% of the payment will be refunded,
and if the accommodation/camping pitch is re-let 100% of the payment minus £5
administration charge will be refunded.
Cancellation 2
days or less before arrival date, or no-show
100% of the payment will
be charged.
